  2. Paige says...

unrelated, but I was so so excited to see your twin Lucy’s story on Vice! sending love xoxo

  3. neha says...

haha! this post should have ended with, “who is your style twin?” well, for me it would be Lexi! I love the velvet crape shiny stuff – all in one dress!! that blazer and that necklace… I wish I just had a better organised cupboard!! ;P

  4. Briana says...

I love all of these picks and I am an avid reader of this lovely blog…but! As a parent/grad student almost every piece of fashion highlighted is WAY outside of my budget! Maybe I’m in the minority here but I would love to see some more budget friendly fashion features from time to time :) Until then, I will just drool over these clothes and envision my someday salary.

  5. Kelly says...

Is it just me or does that model in the black blazer (under Joanna’s pix) bear a slight resemblance to Megan??

    • Joanna Goddard says...

yeah, she actually does! good call!

  6. Caitlin says...

I don’t if it’s just me, but since when is 20% off a HUGE sale? Seems a bit of an overstatement.

    • Cynthia says...

      I agree.

  7. Sarah says...

all these picks are so pretty!

  8. JessicaD says...

Come on with these jeans!!! Everything else is super cute, but my goodness, I cannot wait for this high-waisted mom jean trend to pass us by. Even the skinniest of minnies look ridiculous! Aaarrrggghhh!

    • Sandra says...

I am with you! We just went to Montreal and mom jeans are SO popular there. They weren’t good the first time around….have we learned nothing from history? ;-)

  9. K says...

Any favorite tote bags for work? Please & thank you!

  10. C says...

I love fall dresses but as a nursing mom, I’m finding that none of my favorite dresses will work for me this fall because I can’t pull them low enough to nurse and though I’m not especially modest, I’m not about to sit with my dress pulled all the way up around my neck!

I’d love to see a post on some fashionable, nursing-friendly styles that aren’t specifically made for nursing.

    • Steph says...

I’m still nursing my nearly 18-month old and it’s been a LOT of button-up dresses and v-necks.

    • Amanda G says...

I’m not quite sure what kind of fashion you’re into, but two of the online boutiques I like (although they also both have outposts in Utah), Piper & Scoot and Roolee Boutique, have a fantastic selection of nursing-friendly dresses. Some are wrap dresses but many are the kind with discrete zippers on the sides of the rib cage AND they carry a wide range of styles :)

    • Ditto. I rarely wear dresses because of this. If you want to get creative, a tank dress with a flowy crop top works well.

  11. I’m pregnant with my second son and the first time around I wore all my non-maternity clothes until the very end. This time, I’m 3 months along and look like I’m 6 months pregnant!!!! I think I’m going to need a few new items. I’m going to grab a few nursing and maternity styles but any favorite non-maternity suggestions that work with a belly are much appreciated!

    • Lexi Mainland says...

Right there with you, Nina. Congratulations! I’m hoping the blazer in my list above works for us both.

    • C says...

Wait – did I totally miss the announcement that Lexi is expecting?? CONGRATS!

  12. I love the ultra feminine, high neck ruffle blouses! I’m actually so sad I can’t wear the style right now while pregnant. We’re living in France for a few months and it just seems meant to be! Instead I’m ordering some Hatch items – which I was introduced to here on CoJ! Now I’m a convert! It’s my 3rd pregnancy and I wish I had known about the brand since my first!

    • I’m ordering Hatch too! I wish Storq was carried on the site. I’ve been living in the caftan.

    • Joanna Goddard says...

congratulations, you two!! here are a few other cute styles, made in england:
