Brie and Grape Tartines

Crostini are a great appetizer to serve when guests stop by. It’s hard to go wrong with cheesy toasts — you can whip them up quickly and they always taste great. So, this week, we’re finishing our month of party snacks with a brie and grape crostini recipe from Sam Linsell of Drizzle Dip. With only a handful of ingredients, these toasts are easy as they are delicious. Here’s how to make them…

These sweet and savory toasts are great to serve at a brunch or on a cheese board. The red grapes add a delicious juiciness to the mix, while the honey and walnuts bring sweetness and crunch to the party. Enjoy!

Brie and Grape Tartines

You’ll need:

1 medium loaf of crusty Italian bread
Red grapes
Brie, sliced
Honey for drizzling
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Cut loaf into long 3/4-inch slices on an angle. Brush both sides with melted butter and toast in a toaster oven or oven broiler for a few minutes until slightly crispy.

Layer slices of brie generously on the toast, then add a few sliced red grapes. Toast again until the cheese starts to bubble. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
