Abby has been posting about Paris all week, along with beautiful photos. Wouldn’t you love to take a long winter walk through those quiet streets? Paris is so magical at dusk.

In Paris I fell in love, with my husband and Paris.
Sweet post! Wouldn’t we want to live there? Or in my case visit twice a year! :) I Love your blog! Superb job!

Oh mais j’habite juste à coté de la photo principale très jolie photo mais moi je préfère l”été quand même le froid a moins de charme.

Ah, yeah. I’m just request for a change.
I am going to Paris next month, I simply can not wait !
YES! Wish I was there now. Just learned one of my former students is moving to Paris, they offered me a place to stay anytime I venture through their lovely city!! What an excuse to plan a trip, right??
oh…to be in paris…instead of absolutely-freezing-effing-cold-chicago…
what a fantastic photo!!
If only there were a little sun with the bitter cold! But strolling through Paris in the cold still beats strolling most other cities! Still shocked I call this place home!
I wish I was there right now! Such a lovely photo!
Oh yes, I would love to. I wonder what the best time of year to visit Paris would be. There are so many perks about “Paris in the winter…”, “Paris in the spring…”, “Paris in the summer…”, and “Paris in the fall…”
Seems like it’s a win-win to me. Lovely photo.
Darling Joanna! Given your love of Paris and romance, and your eternal search for the next good read, I think you should look out for “Lunch in Paris,” a memoir of an American woman falling in love with a French man and French food.
Elizabeth Bard, the author, is a dear friend. She’s visiting NYC from Paris for the release of the book early next month (with her new baby boy Augustin — wonderful name, non?). Ah! Can’t wait…!
I have a love affair with Brookyln, but I would honestly move to Paris in a heart beat!
Love… I need to go.
I was just thinking earlier today how nice a walk would be after work. But, it’s so cold here that I’m not interested. These streets would entice me regardless!
everything seems more magical in Paris.
I think i would even love gray rainy days in Paris because they are Parisian rainy days!
yes and yes! and then stop for a croissant somewhere and people watch ;)
Oh man…Paris. It is beyond lovely. I was actually there a year ago today and I miss it terribly. Beautiful photo.
oh i want to be there! right now. how lovely…we are thinking of spending part of our honeymoon in paris. do you have any suggestions?
Ugh. Yes, yes I would love to walk through Paris. A little over a year and I’ll be there!!!
I went there when I was eleven and I still have the best memories of walking around, eating beautiful pastries, and admiring Le Seine. I love Paris.
i’ve been posting our paris honeymoon pictures this week as well and kiwi and i already want to go back!
paris, we miss you! abby’s series is just making it worse!
One of my favorite neighborhoods during any season was Butte aux Cailles. Historic, beautiful, old world Paris charm… I find myself reminiscing with every Paris neighborhood photo I see. Lovely! Thank you for sharing!
my roommates and i are hoping to plan a mini trip there in february! fingers crossed! love love love that city.
The first time I went to Paris it was January and very very cold but so beautiful. I’m desperate to go back this Spring so fingers crossed…
that is my dream!
oooh… keep the Paris pictures/posts coming. I’m heading there this spring and am sooo excited (only been to their airport)!
aaah….yes! I love Paris in winter. I love Paris period!
i want to go.
Paris!! That sounds great, wish I was there *sigh* but I have that thing where I’m afraid of anything that lifts ten feet off the ground. Yep, that means I can’t fly.
Oh, that looks wonderful! I have never been, and we are waiting for husband to graduate law school to go. I told him I would bear no children until I had seen Paris!
I would love to go there any season…heavenly!
ooooh Paris is way better in the winter, much, much better.
That sounds perfect!
I’ve yet to visit that beautiful city, ut I would love to go someday…
xoxo
Oh, I love Paris every moment, every moment of the day!
Mais oui!!! J’adore Paris!
Riding the train through Paris was one of the best and worst things…best because you got where you were going fast and didn’t have to walk, and worst because you wanted to get off and go exploring in the neat little neighborhoods :)
AH, Paris would be nice.
Gorgeous!
It would definitely beat a less scenic winter walk in Boston!
well yes, i would :)

yes I would!! Oui ~~
YES! Someday I most certainly will. :)
Yes. Yes, I would. In one of those top floor rooms with the dormer windows.
Very much so. :-) I did that this Fall, but I’m homesick for it already. :-)
i would definitely love that.. *sigh* how beautiful that photo is..
love.xoxo
I have to go to Paris one day. It’s my “MUST DO” no matter what thing I have to comolete. =) I wish I could go right now!
Absolutely! That would be heavenly!!
my best friend, echo, did just that and is in paris today.
i wish, i wish, i was with her!
