What are you up to this weekend? We are walking over to Baby Luc’s, a new slice shop in the neighborhood. They have great pizza and bottled Negronis. Hope you have a good one, and here are a few links from around the web…
Whoa! This Iceland swimming pool.

Plus, two reader comments:
Says Hannah on what do you love about the way you look: “My front tooth has a chip from a playground accident when I was small enough to swing from my knees on monkey bars (why does that feel so hard now?!). All through my years of orthodontia as an adolescent and dentistry as an adult, they have tried to convince me to fix it, but I have always refused. I like that my tooth is a little snaggled; it makes me feel like I am still mischievous and up to no good.”
Says Florencia on the funniest game to play with kids: “My teenage son and I just went on a glorious vacation with no WiFi. We spent all week playing a game we made up: One person says, ‘I’m thinking of a word,’ the other person then says any word. The person who is thinking of the word then gives one clue per turn. For example, ‘No, that’s not my word, but my word also starts with an a,’ or, ‘No, that’s not my word, but you can also eat my word,’ or ‘My word has the same number of letters as that word’ — really any clue you want. I’d say we guessed the actual word within ten clues almost every time. Silly, fun and no equipment needed!”
