Hi Joanna! I know this is a super late comment to post but I wanted to let you know about a new HBO show featuring Steph and Ayesha Curry called About Last Night. I just binged all 8 eps over the past two days and it was great! They invite 3 couples and have a newlywed game style of questions, but it’s not game-showy. Steph and Ayesha are adorable and it was fun to see other celebs really open up about lots of different things! I think you’d like it!

Canadian here! Torontonian, in fact. Our entire country has a mad crush on Simu Liu and adores Kim’s Convenience. I lived in the neighbourhood where it’s filmed and walked by the real Kim’s every day, twice a day. I just moved out a few months ago. I saw Simu around TO and yes – just as crushworthy in person.

I saw this and immediately thought: Daniel Ricciardo!

He’s a Formula 1 driver and the heart and soul of the Netflix docuseries about F1, called Drive to Survive. Many of the drivers are VERY nice looking men, but to boot he is Australian, tan, charming, funny, has an adorable smile, and seems very genuine and normal despite the insane money, fame, and prestige involved in the sport. I should say that I’m also influenced by my recurring dreams where he whisks me away on a yacht, but I don’t think that harms anyone.

My 7 yo son found a gift under the Christmas tree this year addressed: “To: Alison; From: Your secret admirer,” and was like “Uh, mom, what’s this?”
It was a Daniel Ricciardo F1 shirt that my adorable husband purchased for me, and just the notion that Danny (as I like to call him) could ever be my “secret admirer” had me giggling and blushing so hard!
Now I get to wear the shirt every race weekend and it simultaneously makes me crush on DR and love my husband all the more for accepting that crush :)

Late to the party, but watched “Crash Landing on You” on Netflix and would definitely rank Ri Jeong Hyeok (character) aka Hyun Bin (actor’s name) as my top celebrity crush right now.

A couple years back during the playoffs we realized golden state was going to be playing Portland and Portland is the only nba venue within driving distance of Vancouver island where we live. We spent WAY too much money and bought tickets on a whim. There were no accommodations left so we ended up in an air bnb camper in someone’s backyard and drove 10 hours to Portland to stay one night to see the game and it was hands down one of my top five moments of joy in my life. Worth every minute in the car and every penny. Basketball brings great joy! I hope you get to see steph live someday ❤️

To this day, the most embarrassing moment of my life was when I (a young, pubescent 13 year old) walked in on Steph in his boxers while I was petsitting his family’s dogs. I thought his family was gone and didn’t know he had flown in the night before, so not only was I shocked to see ANYONE in the house, I was mortified to note that it was Stephen in a state of undress.
