My favorite is when I’m working from home and I don’t have to talk on a call and I can just listen and paint my nails!
My home office is on the 2nd floor and gets the best light…for tweezing! My eyebrows look the best after the monthly all-staff calls.
I am the person that does my online window shopping during conference calls; that, and browsing paint colors. On a couple of late afternoon calls that my coworkers and I got to do from home, we had drinking games related to whatever the buzzword for that particular call was :)

My GI doctor had me cut back because I have an ulcer. Apparently, it’s very acidic?

I color on all my conference calls! It is perfect because it looks like you are taking notes if you *must* be on video.
If you work from home, conference calls are the BEST laundry-folding time! I used to purposely let the clean-but-unfolded backlog build up before meetings that required me to call in.

My organization is entirely virtual and we do solely video calls for this reason. It’s amazing how much more engaged you remain when people can see what you’re doing. :^)
I often knit while I’m on a conference call! Keeping my hands busy actually helps me pay attention and focus on what everyone is saying.
