Good news: Trader Joe’s month is baaaack! We’re kicking things off today with a recipe from a reader named Xizi: an easy rice bowl with egg, tahini and Trader Joe’s fan favorite, Everything But the Bagel seasoning. “I have blown through two jars with this hack. It still hits the spot Every. Single. Time,” says Xizi. Here’s how it’s done…
Tahini Grain Bowl
From reader Xizi
Grains, such as frozen organic jasmine rice or organic riced cauliflower
Greens, such as baby kale or spinach
Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Microwave rice according to package directions and place in a bowl. Over low heat, make a runny fried egg. Place the egg on top of the rice, and sprinkle with greens of your choice (baby kale or spinach works well). Dress with tahini and Everything But the Bagel seasoning, as desired.
