Partnerships and Growth Lead
About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our team of editors and lead strategy and partnerships. You will be excited to analyze and optimize our revenue streams, deepen our existing sponsor relationships and go after new opportunities, both digital and offline. You will work directly with Joanna on the overall company strategy and vision, including new initiatives, and will collaborate with our editors to bring these ideas to life across multiple channels. You will thrive on having a direct contribution to the success of the business.
About the ideal candidate:
* Experienced executor with a strategic aptitude.
* 7+ years of digital marketing experience; in-house at an online publisher is a major plus.
* Must be familiar with sponsored partnerships, affiliate marketing and audience growth tactics (email, social, etc).
* A self-starter who is able to think entrepreneurially and eager to take an idea and run with it.
* Curious, efficient and solution oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
* Brings energy and passion to everything they do.
