Mabo Giveaway

Mabo Kids Giveaway

Mabo is one of our favorite places to find beautiful, long-lasting children’s clothes. Designed by a mother of two, the line is made in America with natural materials, like cotton and linen. Toby and Anton have worn their leggings and striped tees for years, and these spotted pajamas are my go-to gift for new babies.

Mabo Kids Giveaway

This woven blouse would be cute under corduroy overalls for cold weather or tucked into a skirt for spring.

Staples from Mabo’s basics collection — including these organic cotton tees — always look adorable.

  13. Angela says...

The cotton basics are, hands down, the best. I reach for them every day! My daughter had a few frequently worn pieces that I handed down to my son and are still in great shape, but for him, I changed my approach to buying clothes and bought him several mix and match tops and bottoms in stripes and solids, and he wears them almost every day! We have less overall, it is simple, and he’s always cozy and cute! A shout out for the pinafore dresses as well – my daughter has had one each season & they are her favorite.

My sister had a baby girl this last year, and it’s wonderful to have the idea of dressing up this little beauty, but alas, she’s been given a lot of your typical pink items. She really only an infant, but because these clothes are beautiful and last so long, I think I’d pick out some pieces that she could wear later and grow into. I particularly love the cowl neck french sweatshirt and any of the items in “chestnut.”

I love Mabo’s basic collection for children. I brought my niece the tee and leggings in a tiny boutique in San Francisco years ago. She wears them as pajamas, uses them as layers, on their own as comfortable outfit, etc. Despite the heavy use over the last couple years, they still look brand new . . . to the point, a new little girl is now rocking them! I can’t recommend Mabo enough!!

My daughter was looking over my shoulder and has fallen in love with the Agatha in Liberty floral. I’ve been trying to return to wool where I might have bought poly fleece–to avoid releasing tiny plastic fibres into our water–so if I could, for my daughter and son as well I’d choose the three-button merino sweaters, one of each colour. These are such lovely things.
