A well tailored suit always gets me.

You’re wildly funny. I have had fleeting crushes on so many people who otherwise made absolutely no sense or to whom I otherwise wasn’t even remotely attracted – my elementary school music teacher, my highschool math teacher, a man I met in NZ* (I’m Canadian), a married man in his 80s.

    *The Kiwi’s accent also helped. ; )

  15. S says...

All of these are so spot on! Here’s a few of mine:
    1. Expressive, big strong working hands.

I’m not sure I’d quite call them crushes, but I certainly remember these awesome people!

    You have a dimples.
    You’re wearing a floral print.
You’re much taller than me. (At 5’9″, this is rarer than you’d think. Maybe I live in a short area. :P )

  35. L says...

Oh I get random crushes all the time! Smelling nice, making eye contact and smiling to strangers, men being kind to dogs or children, women who are helpful to each other.. I started a new job a few weeks ago and felt a bit lost the first day. Come say day two (which was a week later) and one of the guys I worked with greeted me with a huge smile and a hug when I walked in. Totally made my day that he set the tone and was so kind and helpful from the start.

  36. You cooed at a baby. You know a poem by heart. YOU HAVE A CUTE DOG.

    • Sara says...

      I second this! ?!!!

  37. Kelly says...

These are so true! I used to have a crush on the UPS guy at my old job because he always smelled so good, which was incredible considering he was hauling heavy boxes in the middle of summer. I think that made him seem magical.

    • Mimi says...

Exactly! I basically married the UPS guy in your scenario. My (now) husband managed a warehouse, and I worked in the office. When I “needed” to go out to the warehouse, I would walk by him and surreptitiously inhale deeply, lol. He was oblivious.

    • Lori says...

LOL I felt the same way with my FedEx guy! He smelled so good and him being quite the eye candy helped too. Oh the memories… wonder where he is now.

    • Laura says...

      Ha ha exactly ;)

    • hahaha. so true.

  39. we made eye contact and you smiled

  40. These are so cute!
The voice one is soooo correct. When I was little, my parents made up a story that my dad called random numbers and liked my mom’s voice and that’s why they went out and got married. My twin sister and I believed it for ages ;)

Morgan Freeman’s voice is one of my favorites. But I’ll take Idris Elba too!!!
