I don’t even know where to begin about these amazing – yet extremely easy – little brownie bites. From its simple set of steps to its yummy gooey inside, these are top of their business. If you can clear out just five minutes this week, you must give them a whirl. You will be thankful you did – and so will everyone else who eats them!

Recipe: Nutella Fudge Nut Brownies
Makes about 12 regular-sized or 18-20 mini-sized brownies

You’ll need:
1 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

What to do:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs. Add the flour, and whisk until blended. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin pan (about 1/2 full for regular pan and 3/4 full for mini pan) and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Bake 8-12 minutes, just until the tops have set and cracked around the edges. A toothpick in the center should come out wet and fudgy. (If it’s clean, the brownies will be too dry.) Set aside and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove brownies from the pan and let cool completely.
Thank you so much, Heather!

P.S. More best recipes, including s’mores fudge and chocolate mousse.

  1. Calliope says...

I have made these many times since it was first posted, but today I made a batch to take to work for our holiday party. I mixed it up a little; I skipped the nuts & added a big splash of bourbon vanilla & a tsp of cinnamon to give them a Mexican got chocolate vibe. Turned out awesome! I’m sure my coworkers will love them & so easy, I was able to make them in a flash!

  2. wow, very delicoius

  3. i agree that it was too much flour – i wish i had only used 1/2 cup.

  4. I just made them today. They’re gorgeous! I have to hide them from my husband now…

  5. I think these are missing an ingredient? I put everything together and it was really hard to mix! So I had to add a little almond milk…but good nonetheless!

  6. Four ingredients? I’m in! Perfect for those last minute chocolate cravings!

  11. I found your recipe on Pinterest and tried it last night…u weren’t kidding about it being easy. With 3 kids under 4, this is exactly the kind of recepi I need. It was delish. Thank you!

  12. Definitely my new favourite recipe! Quickest dessert ever and my family loved them! thanks for posting it! Love from UK x

  13. These were so easy and they turned out great. However, if you’re looking for the rich Nutella flavor you get when, say, eating it by the spoonful over the sink, you should add some chocolate chips. The chocolate flavor is muted by adding flour. But still crowd pleasers.

  14. To be clear, is that self raising flour or plain flour? Would hate to get it wrong! :)

  16. Can’t wait to try these!!! Lately my husband and I have been making nutella mochas (melt nutella in with the shots) in the morning and nutella hot chocolate in the afternoon. They are life changing!

  17. I am such a Nutella addict that I’ve resorted to eating it with a spoon directly out of the jar! This should help me switch it up a little. Excited for more recipes!

  18. I know what I’m doing tomorrow. . .

  19. Do you think you could sub almond meal or coconut flour?

I dream of making these with sea salt and maybe some dark chocolate PB cups…

  20. I made these immediately upon reading the post. Can’t wait to taste them now. Love from Qatar.

  21. I love the nail polish of the baker in this! Do you know the brand / color?

  22. I would like to make some for my daughter’s classmates…. What can I use instead of nuts!
    They look SO delicious!!

  23. I just tried the recipe and tomorrow I will sell them for a charity :)

  24. sweet jesus.

  25. Nutella is hazelnut…I’d throw in a cup of melted chocolate chips or so!

  26. YUMMMMM so tired of normal brownies to be honest so I’ll be making these to spice things up a bit ;)

  27. YUM!!! Do you know how these would hold up with freezing? Thinking of making a batch of mini ones for an upcoming baby shower.

  28. Uh oh, easy to make means terrible for my getting-ready-for-summer diet.

Just learning how to make those single-serving mug cakes basically killed my eating habits for a year.

  29. Nutella is like a super-food…I see recipes everywhere. This one looks delicious.

  30. ehm.. obviously I ment “fast” not “fats”

  31. Wow! It seems so fats and easy!! Maybe I’ll give it a try tonight :-)
