Love this look! I am going to try to recreate it myself. I found some mini sequin shorts at shopruche.com & I am going to try to recreate the maxi skirt with some curtain sheers that I found. I think it’s going to look super classy & sexy!!

I was a competition dancer growing up so I basically lived in glitter and sequens, and still try to wear them as much as possible. I love love these mini skirts

I’m Indian – love dressing up in a sari for a party / wedding which usually has sparkles galore – so glamorous! Indians eat sparkles for breakfast. In everyday life maybe a design on a tshirt :)
I love all that Sparkles especially paired with something plan so there is no competition between the two pieces.
I’m a sequin junky! I just bought my new year’s dress and it’s covered in pink/bronze sequins.
Forever 21 has a fantastic sort of rose-gold sequined cocktail dress that is calling my name. It would be stellar under a cute little blazer.
Of Course I would not wear all of these at the same time…. LOL
I LOVE LOVE any blingage and SPARKLES. My Mother & Sissy took me on a shopping spree this past Saturday and I scooped up a skirt as you listed(Forever 21), and some and some sparkly booties at the Guess store and an adorable sexy Sparkly razor back flare top at H&M.

I’m afraid sparkles just aren’t my thing. I like subdued colors, things that don’t draw attention. And when I do happen to be in a conversation, I like to make eye contact….not (umm) skirt contact? That doesn’t sound right.
I think there are some who can wear sparkles and look classy. That’s just not me :)

definitely! i used to be wary about sparkles and sequins but i recently came to love them. just bought a sequin skirt myself. i love the way it looks paired with a chambray/denim button down shirt or even just a plain old t-shirt. the sparkle it gives in the light it just so much fun, especially for the holidays. i don’t think any girl’s wardrobe is complete without a little something covered in sequins :)

I saw that maxi on pinterest last week and flipped over it. it is so gorgeous! I would wear sparkles, but honestly I have so few occasions to do so that spending money on it seems silly. I think I’d go for a jacket like the first one here:

I love sparkles! Especially during the holidays. When I was wedding dress shopping a few months ago, I gravitated towards the glittering, sequin-y accented gowns. My mom then told me I definitely take after my grandmother, her exact words being, “You both have glitter running through your veins!” :)

Absolutely! I found a cheaper version of the Zara one at H&M that I plan to tone down with a thick, cream-colored sweater and wool tights. I think as long as the rest of the outfit is neutral and understated, it’s a winner!
