This weekend suddenly felt like winter, didn’t you think? We went on chilly walks, bundled up in coats and scarves, and could see our own breath! So, last night, we decided to cuddle up at home and bake warm pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. They were easy to whip up and incredibly pumpkin-y. The only hard part was trying not to eat all the batter.
