Nisolo Sale (and Extra Discount Code)

Can you believe March is right around the corner? (Daylight savings returns in T-minus 19 days!) Another sign of spring, the Nisolo semi-annual sale is running now through Monday, 3/1. Twice a year, they offer amazing deals on seasonal bestsellers, plus factory seconds and sample styles. If you’ve had your eye on one of their beautiful pieces, now’s a great time to buy it. Here are a few favorite picks…

What are you eyeing for spring? (I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to wear these old standbys.) You can shop the full sale here, if you’d like.

Plus, great news for Cup of Jo readers: Nisolo is offering an exclusive 20% off full-priced items, AND an additional 10% off sale items with code COJSEMI. Thank you so much!

Not a fan of Nisolo. Purchased a pair of Carmen Chelsea boots and could not get my foot down in them – not because they were the wrong size but because the ankle area is made so tight you cannnot push your foot in. I know this sounds strange, but it’s made improperly. I wear an 8.5 (never an 8 or a 9) and have narrow feet/ankles. I was sure there was something inside blocking it (like new packaging) or a zipper I was missing or something, but it was actually just made with no give for your foot to go in. Customer service was nice enough to do a return, but I lost $15 tax on the deal. Then went and found the exact same style in Clarks that has the “give you need to slip them on.

Went on so excited for 3 particular pairs I’ve been waiting for and…final sale only?! How can you do this for shoes? If they don’t fit I’m just out hundreds of dollars? Wish they could provide more flexibility on that…

  3. Katie says...

Ahh thank you! I was on the fence with the Ava flats but the extra discount code pushed me over the edge. ;) Thanks COJ and Nisolo! <3

  4. Rahelma says...

Beautiful shoes — but frustrating they only go up to size 10! I wish Nisolo, Everlane, and other great brands would consider expanding the range to fit larger women’s feet — for example, I wear a size 12. And would love to wear Nisolo shoes.

    • SARAH JOHNSON says...

I agree! More inclusive sizing please!

  5. Alison says...

Question- their boots always look so cute- but are they too narrow for someone with a wide toe box?
I can’t fit into the super cute Sorel wedges (my last year’s shoe obsession)

    • Cedar says...

Yes, probably they’ll be too narrow. I have a wide toe box, and I bought a pair of their rounder-toed shoes… and still they were way too narrow and I had to return them. I like the look of Nisolos but their last is not remotely similar to my feet.

    • Lily says...

Same. I’ve had a pair of their lace-up boots for a few years now, and had hoped that the leather would stretch out (even a little!) after repeated wear. No such luck. I could only wear the thinnest of socks with them, and even then, they would absolutely crush my toes.

    • Kelly says...

Their boots will be too narrow, but I’ve had luck with their flats and sandals.

    • Alison says...

Thank you all for the tips! Do you have an alternate shoe brand you love for cute but comfy boots?
I got Teva rain proof boots that I love in brown! The “Anaya Chelsea” boot

    • Lizzie says...

I like my Blundstones for a casual Chelsea boot! Super sturdy and the toe feels spacious. More of a knock around boot than cute but might be worth a look (and they’re available at a lot of smaller retailers if you’re looking to support local :)

    • Megan says...

Agree their shoes are too narrow for me. Looked at trying the men’s chelsea boot as it looks so similar to the women’s, but they’re not on sale!

  6. I have been eyeing their boots for a few years, and I just ordered my first two pairs!

  7. Camille says...

Just ordered my first pair of J’s favorite sandals! Thanks so much for the coupon! I had been eyeing them for a while!!

  8. HRM says...

Would love to see shoe companies/options available for those of us with feet bigger than size 10!

    • Lizzy says...

      Same here!

  9. Christine says...

It’s refreshing to see brass jewelry priced reasonably and not as if it were made of precious metal.

  10. Heather says...

This is awesome – I have wanted earrings exactly like those, and these are an excellent price!

I’m allergic to nickel and gold – let’s see how I do with brass earrings!

  11. Ash says...

I bought these boots and they were soooo uncomfortable. I tried returning them and Nisolo wouldn’t take them back… and they cost $150. So frustrating.

  12. Michelle C says...

Ahh darn, I just purchased something last night from the sale without the additional discount! Oh well, I love Nisolo and their shoes are half (if not more) of my wardrobe haha.

  13. Rachel says...

I’d love to buy the shoes, but they (still!) don’t carry size 10+! The perils of being a taller gal…;)

    • KS says...

They carry 11’s now in several of their shoe styles! This fellow tall girl is excited!

  14. Anna G says...

Thank you for the daylight savings time comment. Oh that boosted my spirits. In the PNW that extra evening daylight is a blessing.

  15. omg, today it was finally warm enough for me to leave my Uggs at home and wear my Nisolo Chelsea boots again! They’re so wonderful.

  16. Denise says...

O! That spring blossoms photo is really beautiful. Very appealing. Plus the shoes are cute too.

  17. Frédérique says...

I adore this company! Does the code is also applicable on Garmentory? I live in Canada and it is the only site who ship in this country. :)

    • Katy says...

Good to know – I love the look of their shoes but haven’t shopped.

  18. Maryn says...

I was literally wishing a few days ago that you’d have another Nisolo post and a code in the works! THANK YOU. I am in major need of some new boots!

  19. Taylor says...

Wow, I’ve often drooled over Nisolo before but haven’t been able to swing the prices–just ordered my husband a pair of the oxfords in black. He literally just mentioned that he’d like a pair. $100! For like $400 quality shoes! Thanks Joanna!!!!

  20. Lori says...

The Canvas tote looks perfect for spring.

  21. Samantha says...

i have been eyeing the block heel sandal and snagged a pair for under $60! thank you for the extra discount and for supporting a great brand!

  22. I would buy it all if it came in sizes 10.5/11. Cup of Jo use your sway!! ;)

    • lynn says...

Same! 10.5/11 please! There is a huge market (raises hand, and feet) for shoes in these sizes that aren’t $$$$ designer ones.

  23. Kate says...

Beautiful boots! They don’t ship to Canada :(

    • madzie says...

Yes! When will they ship to Canada?! I want to use my CoJ code.
