Brooklinen's Linen Sheets

Over the past year, Alex and I have slept with cotton sheets and pillows from Brooklinen, an amazing online bedding brand founded by a husband and wife in Brooklyn. (Get it, Brook-linen?) Our bed has become such an inviting place to read, talk and sleep. So, when Brooklinen debuted their limited edition linen line this week, I was psyched to try it…

Brooklinen Linen Sheets

Linen sheets, with their cool rumpled vibe, have always appealed to me. Brooklinen’s are super soft, light and airy. Our bed almost feels like a cloud. They breathe well, too, so you don’t even have to throw a foot outside the sheets. :)

Brooklinen’s linen line is sourced in Belgium and produced at a family mill in Portugal, using old-school artisan techniques. The solid colors (white or cream) are stone washed, which helps make them very soft, and the striped pattern is actually woven into the material so it won’t fade. When you pull the sheets out of the dryer (linen sheets go right in the wash and dryer), they feel softer and look prettier each time.

Above all, I love the look of linen bedding. The texture is so beautiful and it makes your bedroom feel straight out of a French bed and breakfast.

Bonus for all readers: Brooklinen is offering $20 off your order, plus free shipping, with the code CUPOFJO.

What do you think? Do you use linen bedding? I’d definitely recommend these and can’t wait to go to sleep tonight.
