For the morning after a party. :)
Aw, my dad made these for me and my sisters growing up. He’ll still make me an “egg in the nest” with whatever cookie cutter we pick out. The best is eating the cut-out heart (or star, or horse) of fried toast. Yum!
aww that’s so sweet! I’d definitely b smiling having one of those :)
Awww, so cute! I’d gobble that RIGHT up!
We love heart shapes!
My dad used to do that for me when I was little! He called it, “Egg in the hole in the bread.” :o)
I read this as “for the MORNING AFTER party.” Works either way, I say!
Now that is one sweet slice of toast!!
Love this!
I’m crazy about these and heart-shaped pancakes. I invested in a little silicone heart thing for the frying pan and I use it all the time. Sometimes just for myself…
This is just perfect for valentine’s day!
Congratulations for your blog! I love it!
I love the egg – that would be
a great start to the day
You are the best! I was literally just looking through my favorite blogs for ideas of cute little gifts for my husband’s upcoming birthday and this is such a perfect idea for my handsome egg-lover! :))) Thank you!
Yummy!
@Anabel: I love that you call them Lovie Eggs- so cute!
I make these for my husband… we call them Lovie Eggs. They are his favorite… and mine too!
So cute! I love this! Too bad I am horrible at cracking eggs!
So cute!
I always made these for my sons – can’t make pancakes to save my life and have been asked not to… but eggs in a heart is always a hit! Jennifer
This will be the perfect Christmas gift for my roommate to shake up her morning toast! Fits the college budget too!
Aw…
I love this. So sweet!
Very pretty!
I have the flower shape from Williams Sonoma and it sure is a hit with any kids (small or big) at breakfast time!
The pancake-egg rings are awesome! I’m liking the price, too. :)
Definitely my kind of breakfast. I have star wars molds that were given to me lol
The Micky Mouse one is fun too. Great idea for a romantic breakfast.
xo,
Christina
I am absolutely DYING to see your bedroom make-over with Jenny – is it done? can we see it? She did such an amazing job on your living room and Toby’s room that I can’t wait!
Romance, one of the things that makes the world such a great place
Aww so cute, love it ^^

Love it! Makes breakfast so much more romantic!

Hellooooo Valentines day!
I so fancy one right now:) Looks so yummy! Kisses, Joanna.
*****!!!
My mom used to make these for me when I was little…on the weekends. Oh the memories:) I may need to make these for dinner.
i love this!!
I’ve actually made this for my husband on Valentine’s Day morning! (Just using a heart shaped cookie cutter.) My mom always called an egg fried in the middle of bread a toad in the hole :)
Breakfast already makes me smile. This would just sweeten the pot!
this is darling. Joanna- did you see the “10 things to give yourself this holiday season”in the newest glamour? check out the first one :)
A great way to wake up in the morning and put a smile on your face…
<3 Love it!

I have one of these heart shape egg cookers.
Actually you can cook loads of things in them. I make pancakes and my sweetie pie boyfriend used it to cut toast into heart shapes for me one morning as a surprise.

Would be cheaper to just cut out a heart in the bread and cook the egg right in the bread! Very cute idea though:)
Xoxo,
Sara
maria, you’re right, it would most likely be a big yellow heart of scrambled eggs:)
Looks yummy! I was running late and had to skip breakfast this morning and that looks SO good right now!
aw, what a cute idea..
Awh! I love this, it’s too cute. I would most likely break the egg and it wouldn’t come out like this!
those are wonderful!!! :)
in our family their called u.f.o.’s; unidentified frying objects. this makes me want to drive down and sit in my mom’s kitchen right now :) these are so much more sweet. do you have the good ol’ fashioned metal cookie cutters to make yours?
Almost makes me wish I still ate eggs. Love how food can be so pretty!
I’m crazy about fried eggs, I don’t know what is it about them… I just love them and I have onde of these heart-sheaped form, and my hysband somtimes surprises me with a “romantic-egg”
That’s so romantic :)
