This is a very nice outfit! So simple and comfortable but still proper for an exam. I didn’t take care about the clothes very much when I was in college, I didn’t even take care of the school itself. Luckily I managed to graduate.
Love, love, love. the colour palette, the fit, simple textures, oooh swoon.
I had to be comfy, but never wore pj’s outside my house and never will. Well worn jeans and a cute top, that’s my uniform of choice.
um, yes, I was definitely not this cool. PJ’s were worn a many a times, ugh.
I think i wore sweatpants, a stained t-shirt and a side pony… She puts us all to shame…

Ha I was definitely not cool! A teen of the 90s I wore jeans and a baggy T. Not cool baggy. Frumpy baggy. I also had bad hair and self-cut bangs.
I want those shoes..I had a pair somewhat like that when I was a young girl…the awesome clogs!

I’m not sure if I ever dressed up for exam although I always had a pulumeria on my ear as a good luck – living in hawaii, flower made everything pretty and better for me….

Ahhh! Not just for exams but I think I wore Juicy Couture every single day I was in college…I would never think to be this chic…I needed to be comfortable or I couldn’t concentrate…Have an wonderful weekend!

i’ve been told a few different times that if you do dress up for exams or interviews [phone or in person] you will do much better because you already feel so good about yourself, which results in you being more confident.

I had to walk across a busy highway to get to my exams… so yes I dressed decent. Love that striped sleeves peeking through the cardigan look though.

i did my exam last week ;-) but i am not finish right now.
Once I had a friend who REALLY dressed up for finals. He made sure he looked good for finals. When I asked him why, he said, “Only you know that you failed….but everyone else can SEE you!” Haha!
please. when finals time hit i was wearing 2 day old sweats or some crazy pajamas from the night before.
when i saw her little outfit earlier this week i couldn’t help wishing i looked like that NOW, never mind in college. and her hair?? she brings new meaning to the words lightly tousled.

Beautiful! I see Annabel is following my old college roommates advice: “look good-feel good. feel good-do good.” I’ve never forgotten that saying since freshman year, and I swear it works. By the looks of it Annabel aced her finals!!
Thanks for linking to Beso, Joanna! I was the queen of sloppy dressing in college. I cringe at the thought of any of those pictures surfacing as I didn’t just wear sweats, but insisted on wearing ones that belonged to my boyfriend that were gigantic on me.
I love her style….yes, i don’t remember wearing anything cool by any means to college finals, though I hear that there’s a study that proves you get better test scores if you wear your best during exams =)

This is a fabulous outfit! I found that I put more effort into dressing for class in graduate school than I did my first four years of college. As a “professional student” of sorts, I figured it was time to look a bit more polished in class!
oh MY! she looks so gorgeous – and not stressed out at all! i bounce from getting glammed up on the morning of finals as a confidence booster to tied up hair and yesterday’s floor-worthy clothes. clogs were never in there, but she looks amazing in them!x

i wore pjs too! Had to be comfortable. And I wore a sweater since I was always cold.
I would always skip the make-up routine for the whole finals week and it was amazing how crazy I looked by the end. Even my mom said, “I don’t think I’ve seen your face like that ever” because I usually at least had leftover mascara on.
