Oh, my goodness, cute!
frong?
how about frog.
there.
now i really am going to go package it up.
Very nice and impressive article you have posted. Its very helpful, i have read and bookmark this site and will recommend it to more other peoples.
That’s so funny, I just put one of these little buggers up in my etsy store!
I saw it and it immediately took me back to childhood when my mom would store her sponges in it’s wide open mouth!
My Grandmother always had one on her kitchen sink, too, BUT–hers had False Eyelashes!!!
Thank you for reminding me of this-I am SO going to scour the eBay for one now!!
this looks like a salt seller.
Hello! Oh man… Come to me little frog dish :)
Say Aaaaaaaah…
This remind me of this Chuck E. Cheese game I used to play where you’re supposed to get the ball in the frog’s mouth.
Am I the only one who didn’t have that frog as a kid?
It is cute though :)
Yup… my grandma had one too for her scrubbies, so if all of our grandmas had ’em, where are they all now? Haha, I would love one of these for my bathroom. My son would LOVE it. I had completely forgotten about them. If they made a new version in a more modern fashion I would put it in my kitchen too and maybe put a teeny plant in it.
Adorable.
Joanna – I just wanted to say great job on the top ten list on etsy!
Cheers
cute, cute, cute!
how wonderful! thank you for purchasing this pretty {???} frong from me! sounds like a lot of people remember them/ have them/ want one/ need one!
I am off to package it up right now. thanks again.
i like your blog btw.
i remember those : )
Heartwarming. My mom has had one of these frogs on the side of her sink all my life.
you are so cute, cupcakes! it’s always tough to balance masculine and feminine. my boyfriend would probably like this frog, i think, but he does contest some of my very feminine things, like an old fashioned portrait of a woman….i wish i had advice to give, but i think i’m in the same boat as you! xo
joanna, this is the cutest thing ever! i must ask though, since you’ve already moved in with your boyfriend…would he be okay with this? i’m struggling to balance my girly taste now that i’m living with a guy! i desperately need your opinion!
Cute! I had one when I was a teenager. I kept cotton wool in it.
i have a thing for frogs! so cute.
I love it! We had one in my house growing up. It even had big gaping holes in his back where we could stab our toothbrushes.
oh, I love that little froggie!
reminds me of the 70’s
My mother-in-law has one of these little guys! (She puts it to use just like Sunny’s mom did.)
I love it!
Wow, those have been around forever. My grandmother used to have one and like Sunny’s mom, she used to keep her dish scrubber in it. I think that was the original purpose.
Still adorable.
ohmygosh! I forgot until this very moment that my MOM had one of those frog dishes in which she kept her scouring pad and/or sponge by the kitchen sink.
How could I forget about a frog dish?!
where did you find this one?
11 gifts for moms, including theater tickets and the best blush.
10 gifts for kids, including frozen bubbles and a giant shark.
You know that phrase, No matter where you go, there you are? I call bullshit.
