1. Victoria says...

This must be the best one yet! <3

  2. This is the story of my life! I always give myself props for putting lemon in my water. So crazy how lazy I am! Love this!

  3. Aga says...

Sowing an herb and greens garden on time (like, before July) is my whole pie chart this week!

Glad to have you back, Mari! Sending you lots of strength on your recovery. XOXO from Toronto.

  4. Taking off my makeup before bed… and moisturizing!!!

    • Joanna Goddard says...

      yes, agreed!!

    • Brianna says...

I email back immediately, too, and I think it might drive people crazy.

  5. Putting lemon in my water! Haha! I hate how true that is.
    Also: writing a grocery list
ALSO: remembering to bring my grocery list to the store

  6. Susan says...

WASHING MAKEUP BRUSHES! Agh who does this!!?

    • Aga says...

I do and I like doing it! Seeing the colour wash out feels strangely satisfying…!

  7. Kat says...

Love these every time. So happy to have you back, Mari!

  8. Sam says...

Washing my bras, haha! Need to do that more…

  9. Only three things would make up my pie chart. Get up, not miss my train though I drove half way there to park in an almost full garage that I have a paid space in. No never remember which made me waste a meltdown in the fear that I may be late. If i am late then it means the third thing will not happen which is getting my iced espresso in a not so long line. Three things, so hard . But that’s my pie chart of proud things lol

  10. Diana says...

Remembering to bring lunch to work.
Doing laundry before you run out of underwear.
Putting your driver’s license back in the same spot.

  11. Washing my bras! Ha. All of her illustrations are so on point it’s scary. I love her Instagram, too!

  12. Blythe says...

So on point! My disproportionately large wedges would be “choosing water over diet coke” and “exhibiting patience in parenting practices.” Pretty much my whole pie chart right there…

  13. Mary says...

Hahahaha, YES to washing my bras. When I finally bought a fancy bra, the saleswoman told me to wash it after every wear and I had to try really hard not to burst out laughing in her face.

  14. Nectar says...

washing bras the right way*** i always just ruin mine by tossing them with my other laundry when im lazy ;|

  15. Alex says...

Washing my bras should get a much bigger piece of the pie if you ask me!

  16. Jami says...

Emailing back immediately, that thing I do in my wildest dreams…

  17. Brianna says...

Flossing period. *Makes mental to purchase dental floss after work.*

    • Aga says...

      haha!

  18. April says...

    Hilarious and totally relatable!

  19. Absolutely on board with the size of the “unexpected good hair day” piece. So much pride on those days ;)

  20. Liz C says...

    Adorable!

  21. Heather says...

Mari is so good. We all deserve major props for using our blenders. That is a pain in the butt.

    • Brianna says...

Yes! I dislike washing the blender – I try to only use it when I’m close to needing to run the dishwasher so I can throw it in.

    • Kelly says...

Tip I just came across on the internet recently: once you’re done blending something, rinse immediately, put a little dish soap and water in and turn the blender back on. It washes itself!
This, of course, doesn’t work perfectly with everything, but I use my blender mostly for smoothies and for that it does the trick really well. I only unscrew it to wash all the bottom bits every once in a while (read: practically never).

  22. Amber J says...

I love that Mari exactly knows me. Incredible.

  23. “good unexpected hair day” could be 50% of my pie chart. love this, mari.
