What a fabulous idea- having a collection of different adorable hooks. I might have to steal the idea for my entryway. Our front door opens against a wall just like that and I’ve been trying to figure out what I want for coats, etc… this just might work. I love that it’s not matchy-matchy. This is going in my inspiration folder. : )

I totally already commented today, but I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been flipping through your Home Inspiration posts and they’re basically awesome. I think we share a love of things that are pretty and whimsical and don’t take themselves too seriously, and a lot of the pictures and posts have inspired me to change some of the things around my own apartment that are less than fun to look at. Because sometimes it’s hard to find inspiration that’s my taste, you know? :)

And I hate to feel like I’m pimping out my own blog, but it’s related since I’m hoping to chronicle the whole redecoration thing there. First up is Operation Make Desk Prettier (since mine is full of dorm relics). And if you have any input (or want to share where you find ideas) I’d love to hear them.

And, honestly, I’m in LOVE with the transom window above the door. (Such a great way to spread light through your home!! I want them above EVERY door in my house.)

I like how it kinda makes an entryway out of the entrance. We live in an older home that has no entryway (and no closet space for that matter)and this just gave me some inspiration!

i’ve a whole lotta vintage hooks i am getting ready to hang in my home. fun to see how mine may look. sans duck hook of course.

What a unique idea! They’re like art pieces all on their own. Great find… I particularly like the duck too :-) But where would you find such a cool hook?

Thanks a million for the link love Jo! Isn’t this just the best entryway you’ve ever seen? My favourite detail—other than the hooks of course—is the number ’12’ etched into the glass above the door. And that single pop of yellow gets me every time!
