Doesn’t Lizzie Allen’s wallpaper look like pages from a British children’s story? I love the portly fellow in the yellow suit!

I love the illustrations from M Sasek’s famous classic childrens books. The illustrations seen here are from ‘This is London’ which is now available from all good book shops.
These are so great! I love a little quirky, fun something when decorating!

Ooh… I love this! I definitely like the red bus design the best.
Cute! Oh I love them…
What stunning paper – I was looking for inspiration for my son’s room and now I have found it – thank you for sharing!
Gah! Adorable.
I love the whimsy note of it. I’m redoing my daughter’s bedroom and something like that would be great for a feature wall or door panel as another poster suggested. Love the double-decker red buses! xx
i love them all! just think of the crafty possibilities with the left overs…
Awesome find!
This wallpaper is fantastic. I absolutely love it. I have to remember this for when I want to decorate a kid’s room- so “Mary Poppins” meets “A Hard Day’s Night!”
ha! i love it.
I love this so much!! Have you ever seen the movie step brothers? well, I’ve been trying to find out where to get the wallpaper that’s in Dale’s room for like, ever! This is so cool and definitely comparable!
You are killing me with this wallpaper!

i like the idea of wallpapering one wall and painting the rest! this is a really cute print!

I think I would smile whenever I saw it.
That would be a fun room to live in! :)

I have never seen wallpaper as quirky as these…thank you for sharing :)
If I had a room for my (home) office I would totally put up quirky, whimsical wallpaper. I love it. The BF is not so sure though… sigh.
Reminds me of my bedroom as a child! My grandpa put up the cutest wallpaper. Thanks for taking me back to my childhood for a brief moment :)
I love it, especially the one with the buses. I must confess Joanna, I saw you at Moma last weekend when I was visiting New York but I was too shy to say hi and tell you that you have a lovely blog that I visit often, so I will just have to settle for telling you in this comment! :)
so very perfect.
Yes! So cute!! I wish I had a study to decorate like this.
so adorable! the doubledeckers and umbrella print would be so sweet inside someone’s house.
I love the double decker bus!
i love that wallpaper has transformed to this quirky accessory where i used to see it as something in my grandma’s guest rooms.

Oooh love it!
I love that British bus wall paper!
Wow, I really really liked them a lot.I must check out more about Lizzie Allen!! But i agree with a few other among the comments though, it would be just enough for one wall. :)
I love the wallpaper.
It’s really fun! I don’t know where you’d put it though, it definitely is a bit busy. Great for a kid’s room, maybe.
Love the one with the buses!! I’d love to put wallpaper up in my house but my hubs has a hatred for wallpaper lol
yes these totally remind me of children’s book illustrations….. which is perhaps why i’ve fallen so quickly in love with them.
That is awesome!
LOVE! It reminds me of the animation style from 101 dalmations–that fab yet slightly creepy 1960’s aesthetic!
i’m totally obsessed with wallpaper of any kind lately, but with a rental it’s not a good option, so I’m going to do this on my closet walls: http://tinyurl.com/lfzwmy
I’m trying to find the perfect wallpaper for our dining room right now, and there’s just so much amazing stuff out there that I can’t decide!!
I love it.
i love it! it reminds me of ‘this is london’.
yes, the paneling of a door would be fabulous — or just one accent wall in a room.
I don’t know about a whole wall since it’s a little busy, but as long as you don’t tell anyone I was reading better homes and gardens, they had this lovely idea of putting wallpaper on the paneling of a door, this paper would be perfect! Trendy home office, here I come!
So cute! It does remind me of a child’s book…a vintage book!
