By the wonderful Grace Farris.
P.S. Parenting methods I’ve tried and kid humor.
Sent this to my 14yo – she loves Greek mythology and will crack up.
“And If all your friends wanted to fight a Minotaur in a labyrinth I suppose you would too?”
Sent this to my 14yo – she loves Greek mythology and will crack up at this too!
What a joy – love this!!
What a joy! Love this!!
As a retired Latin teacher, I love this!
Love this, Grace! As a Greek, the lamb for dinner has not changed since ancient times. ;)
I’d highly recommend reading The Power of Showing Up for great parenting guidance.
So random: This is the 3rd time I’ve heard/seen the name Ifigenia this week (one was spelled Ifigjenia which I think is so cool because the spelling of it just looks so striking) – I think it might be my favorite name!?
My mom lovingly referred to my sister Eugenia as Ifigenia sometimes.
So help me Zeus, I WILL turn this chariot around.
Samson, don’t make me tell you twice – if you cut off your hair into a lampshade, you’ll lose all your power.
Some things never change!
It’s not my job to keep track of your sandals. Don’t get mad at me when you can’t find one of them. Where have you *looked* for your sandal??
Hahaha, I love these comments so much!
Grace, I think this is your best work yet!
The hemlock part! HAHAHAHA!!
This is freaking hilarious!
Does not end well for Ifigenia.
Maybe she should have practised her lyre more?
Or lyres, actually.
hahahahaha, TM/Caitlin!
This has nothing to do with anything, but is Greek related! Anyone seen the funny meme where you pronounce common words like Greek names? like, Articles, Barnacles, Bicycles, Obstcles, etc. I don’t know why but it cracks me up.

It is hilarious! I will be pronouncing words “Greek style” (in my head) from now on.
Pahaha I did not know this meme but my husband cracks us up with mispronouncing words similar to this. Recently I laughed so hard when he read the book “Curious George Makes Pancakes” to our toddler and pronounced it Curious Gior-Geh Mah-kess Pahn-Kah-Kess. I can’t say “pancakes” normally now.
Three sentences that made me clutch my heart.
Including a fascinating memoir and the prettiest nail polish...
