So I bought that Terrain mother’s day bouquet for my mom. It is beautiful… BUT they charged me $40 in shipping for 2-3 day shipping, because I selected $30 2-3 day shipping and then they put a $10 surcharge on it for “Mother’s Day shipping.” When I emailed customer service, to ask for a portion of my money back, they said they couldn’t refund me a portion of the shipping I overpaid because it is a bouquet. Ugh. Calling them tomorrow to deal with this, but this is just unacceptable for a business.

I love Bouqs! I have ordered it for many special ocassions and my mom is always impressed at how fresh everything is and how long they last. I love anemones and ranunculus personally, and have a thing for teeny tiny tea roses too.

My mom never got to attend my wedding and one of her biggest regret was not being able to help me put together my bouquet. Seeing as how our anniversary is happening next week all of the flowers that are in bloom right now are the same ones that were in my bouquet… Being able to gift her flowers that look similar to mine would mean the world to her!
