Toby has a crush on his friend Meriwether. They have a lot in common: They share the same birthday, they have a goofy sense of humor and they’re both obsessed with the same snack…
Bitsy’s Brainfood. The alphabet cookies are made with fruits and vegetables and packed with vitamins and nutrients…
Meriwether’s mom Alex actually started the company with her friend Maggie, when they went to the grocery store and discovered that the healthy options weren’t very fun. So they decided to create playful snacks that are good for kids, too—which is such a godsend!
The other day, we had a playdate, and, as always, the kids went crazy for the cookies. Toby’s favorite was zucchini gingerbread carrot, and I kept sneaking the orange chocolate beet:) They’re legitimately delicious.
If you’d like see all their products here, and check out the store locator to find a neighborhood retailer (including Target). We put them in school lunches, too.
Today, Alex and Maggie are giving away a big package of all the Bitsy’s Brainfood cookies and cereals. To enter, please visit their site and leave a comment below. A winner will be chosen at random tomorrow. Thanks, and good luck! xoxo (Update: The winner has been e-mailed. Thanks for playing!)
