this is so wonderful. i am always saying awkward things during those awful pauses, this gives me kindling for my fire!
I always wondered about the voice thing – in your head versus hearing on a recording – so so interesting! My voice is, in actuality, really high pitched but it doesn’t sound so bad to me :) :) … bummer for everybody else!

Good idea! I guess #2 is why we hate our own voice in videos. I always was annoyed by my cousins high voice until I heard mine. We sound just alike. :(((
