Bachelorette finale (with live commenting)

Oy, my ex-boyfriend is the exec. producer of that show. I’ve never seen it. But then again, I live in Marrakech. But glad to hear you love it! That will make him so happy:-)

Awww…Roberto! hes all dreamy! I definantly think he will win!

Here’s my thoughts on all this the day after. She was going to pick Frank. But then Frank left. Roberto was the runner up and Chris was going to get sent home (to my home!!) before the meet the parents date. I think audiences fell in love with Chris which would make him watchable (and Bachelor material) but not someone that anyone would want to see dumped months later for a stint on Dancing With The Stars. I feel like Roberto is less of a threat to Ali’s likability if they were to not last. If she dumped Chris women every where would want her head. That being said, if it is genuine I hope they last. It would be great to see another Trista and Ryan rather than another Jake and Vienna of even Jason and Melissa/Molly.

In the end, I’m real happy she picked Roberto. They seem very much in love.

I think alli made the rite decision and i wish her and roberto happiness forever, they hav such a wonderful connection and love or each other..

I feel really pathetic that I just read through this thread when I only caught the “after the finale” part. Baha, such is life.

Okay, I’m late to this game but I have to say I think she picked the right guy, though I’m a fan of the “promise” ring vs. “engagement” after only 2 months and only 1 day of being exclusive.

Also, I was embarrassed for Chris for his shirt unbuttoned so far meeting Ali’s parents for the first time. I guess I was the only one who that bugged. Chris also seemed a bit inarticulate, which bugged me.

Um, the sting rays scared the sh*t out of me, I was screaming at the T.V. for them to RUN. One of those bit my friend and left a huge scar on her shoulder.

Overall great show and I hope this one sticks, good luck to Ali and Roberto.

Anon – yes, there is a certain sex appeal to Roberto. I think I would feel the same way Ali did if I were around him. Like he’s so good looking, you don’t know if what he’s saying is real, because someone that handsome couldn’t love some plain jane like me.
