Wish I knew why pumpkin was so good, but then it only matters that it is. Love these parfaits, am sure they’ve got to be delish.

I made these for a dinner party over the weekend and they were delicious!! If you make them I recommend making more whipped cream than the recipe says you’ll need; also, buy plenty of ginger snaps. I may make these again for Thanksgiving they were so good. Thanks for the tip!!
