How much would kids (and some of us grown-ups, let’s be honest) love this Color-Me Wallpaper? You could pick a few colors to match your decor or just go nuts.

This cannot really work, I feel so.

Have seen reference to your blog all over but never checked it out cuase I thought ” A blog about coffee…boring!” So I’m a little, a lot, slow on the uptake. I’m glad I checked it out. LOVE IT!!!
OK, the wallpaper. I’ve seen it with the frames. Such a clever idea. I showed it to my daughter & she said “wouldn’t that be neat for a house warming party & your guests could all color.” Isn’t she clever. That would be fun for any party. More importantly my little angel is starting to think like her mama!
This is a fabulous blog. I’ll be digging thru the archives now. I’ll surely be up all night. I’ll keep an eye peeled for your work when my MC comes. I knew your name was familiar…. Jen
I love this wallpaper soooooooo much, I called a young Architect designer to tell her about your “Find.” Anne has been involved with ideas for the future new Chicago Children’s Memorial Hospita. I am confident Anne can use this concept in many of the children play areas………of course, painting on familiar scenes in black outline for Children’s patients and wipe-off products will need to be considered.
A+ for this idea.

it’s like my childhood dream come true!!!!!!
That is pretty cool. I might be out of a job though!!
i love this…i’m brainstorming ways to jazz up my girlie’s bathroom…this would do the trick for sure.
Oooh, I think we need this for our boring hallway… how fun to have guests and family each color a little piece!
This is such a NEAT idea – thanks for your lovely comment – means so much!
Brilliant!!
Love this wallpaper. Too cute!
omg! this is perfect for my ever coloring 2 yo!
that wallpaper looks like so much fun!
i would be the OCD mother who would be upset if someone colored outside the lines! but it is very very cute! kind of willy wonka-ish.
I love this! I wish I had it as a adult!
What a great idea!
And oh, how I wish I had this when I was a child. Then perhaps I wouldn’t have put my parents through grief when I scribbled all over my bedroom walls with crayon.
Oooh. I would love this.
Excellent idea… although I am a tad bit scared to put it in the hands of my teens :)
this idea is SO fun, my daughter would flip out. I’d probably spend a night or two doodling…
this is a brilliant idea~ love it!
hey what a great idea- though one of my children thinks we have this already!
I’m ususally not like this but my first thought was that if a child was allowed to color on this I would want/need to have them stay within the lines! Also…do you color before you put it up or while it’s on the walls? hmmm..Color me curious :)
OMG I WANT THIS! :)
This is such a cool idea, I love it! By the way, I recently made the connection that you wrote the “One is the loveliest color” article in NY Mag a while back. That was such a fun piece, and I actually posted about the green lady. I’ve been regularly reading your blog for a couple months now, but didn’t realize I was also a fan of your professional work.
And PS: I really cannot get over Ben’s ginormous head!
oh, wow, kimberlee! how funny, thank you so much for your note. i didn’t know it had been published this month in MC australia — i originally wrote the story for new york magazine:

Oh I love this – and for some reason it reminds me of the painting in the hallway in the movie “three men and a baby”, remember? I know, totally random but that was the first thing I thought of!. My friend and I couldn’t believe it when we opened Australia’s latest edition of Marie Claire and here was an article about people who only wear colour, by YOU! love your blog x
Followed the link, and they have some amazing stuff. Not sure I’d use the wallpaper at home but it could be really fun used properly and chosen according to the target group:))
Wow… I could totally imagine this in a children’s room!
This is adorable!
