Gifts for guys/husbands
Plus, those people who are hard to shop for! (Co-workers, teachers, in-laws, etc.)

I look forward to your gift guides every year! I love the suggestions. The ukulele was already on my list for my 3 yr old. Glad to know that you kids have enjoyed it for years. I added the gymnastic ribbon for my nieces and nephews. What a fun idea. Can’t wait to see the other guides.
I love these lists, but I find that teenagers are missing! They are hard to shop for (especially boys) and a few pointers to find cool and original gists (not video games!) would be great! Thanks if you can help :)
Yay! I was waiting for this :)
Would you ever consider doing a gift guide for in-laws? That’s the one that always stumps me!!
I am getting the night light for MYSELF :)
Joanna,
The only link that seems to work on this post is the gift for kids. The rest don’t seem to be linked to anything at the moment.
Hi Alba! We’ll update this post with links as we publish over the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned :)

Nice list..Thanks for sharing .
This is my favourite series!! I have been following your blog since the early early days and always look forward to and reference back to the holiday gift guide :)

What about gifts for wives? Or is that covered under sisters and best friends?
Love these guides. Thank you so much for the inspo. X
the gift guides have been loosely based on my own relationships for the past ten years (husband, kids, sister, brother, etc.) which is why we title/structure them like this — but yes for sure best friend gifts would be perfect for wives and girlfriends and kindred spirits!
I second the comment about getting these going earlier than you normally do. I want to see ideas BEFORE black friday!
thanks for the feedback! we’ll try to do another one this week! xo
Would you ever considering adding one for teachers/coaches? Im so stuck on them this year! I love your gift guides so much! Happy Thanksgiving + Holidays!
I second that!
My friends are teachers and I recently asked them what gifts they’ve gotten that they liked: Coffee related gifts, starbucks giftcards, target giftcards (they buy their own supplies often) or movie certificates are appreciated. They said lotions or candles were a nice gesture but almost too personal of a gift to receive from students. My parents always get dunkin’ donuts giftcards for the mail carriers and sanitation workers which I think they like.
I know it’s not fun, but speaking as a teacher, the most appreciated gift is CASH. All teachers need extra money. Whether it comes as gift cards, bills in a plain card, or attached to a plate of cookies. We all really appreciate the extra $$$.
Your gift guides are my favorite of the season! So excited to see :)
Omgosh love these guides! I still refer to them throughout the year every time I need to get a gift for someone. :)
Yayayay! I’ve been waiting!!
I’ve already been scrolling through your past guides for inspiration. Haha. Three cheers for this year’s guides: Yayayay! PS Thank you. As always.
thank you for sharing these guides!

Hooray! Love your gift guides. I constantly refer back to previous years’ for inspiration and look forward to the new list each year. I do second Kelly’s comment– would be so wonderful to see the guides a little sooner so as to be able to get things ordered/delivered in time for the holidays. Regardless, thank you for curating such lovely lists!
I do personally love your blog so much and your gift guides BUT would love to see this gift guide a little sooner or that we can see each list within the first week of December!
I totally agree with this. I always wonder why they are so late.
What about wives? :(
Hi Emma! Thank you so much for writing. The gift categories are based on Joanna’s personal relationships, but the best friend guide would totally work for wives, too!

Yay!! Look forward to the gift guide every year!
Heard about the snow in NY…stay warm!
YAY!
Seriously the most thoughtful, useful gift guides ever. I still scroll through your old guides when I’m in need of ideas for birthdays, Mothers Day, etc. Can’t wait!
Best news of the day in snowy and windy Montreal!
