Needless to say, Italy is famous for many things: jagged cliffs, cheesy pasta, spicy wines and leather goods, among them. There’s nothing like a pair of handmade leather shoes, but the prices can be prohibitive. So the new brand M. Gemi decided to do something different…

They cut out the middleman.

All M. Gemi shoes are handcrafted in Italy at family-owned factories — the same places that have been making high-end designers’ shoes for decades. Every style is produced in limited quantities and sold directly to the customer, which allows them to offer luxury shoes at less-than-designer prices.

They have sandals, ballet flats, loafers, and of course, classic heels. New styles are added every Monday.

Today, they’re letting THREE lucky readers each choose a pair of M. Gemi shoes. Which would you pick? To enter, please visit M. Gemi and sign up for their newsletter, then leave a comment below telling us your favorite style. A winner will be chosen Monday at random. Good luck! (Update: The winners have been e-mailed. Thanks for playing!)
